Fisherman’s Bastion Entry Tickets – General Terms & Conditions Summary

By purchasing the Entry tickets to the Fishermans Bastion you accept the GTC, summarised as follows (the extended version is available on the online webshop during the check out process):
Tickets are sold by the Buda Castle Municipality. Tickets are provided by the Budavár Municipality and sold online. The municipality and its official operator, Budavarikapu, manage all ticketing rules and decisions.
Online tickets are only for adults (18+) Only people aged 18 or over can buy tickets online. Children or minors must be accompanied by an adult who makes the purchase.
Tickets are valid for one entry only Each ticket allows one single entry. Once used, the ticket cannot be reused or transferred to another person.
Tickets are non-refundable After purchase, tickets cannot be refunded, even if you cannot visit or change your plans.
Tickets are valid only in the year of purchase Tickets must be used within the same calendar year they are bought. Unused tickets expire at the end of that year and are not refunded.

Discounted and free tickets must be bought in person: Student, pensioner, and free-entry tickets cannot be bought online. These are available only at official ticket offices with valid proof.

Your e-ticket (QR code) is enough: You can enter by showing the QR code from your email on your phone. Printing the ticket is not required. Always check opening hours before buying: Opening hours may change. It is the visitor’s responsibility to check opening times before purchasing a ticket. Tickets cannot be changed or cancelled Visit date, venue, or ticket type cannot be modified after purchase. Missed visits are not refunded. Visitor rules apply inside the site By buying a ticket, you agree to follow the Visitor Regulations displayed online and at the entrance. Staff may refuse entry if rules are not respected.
